What We Do

Instructional Design: Relate content to learner’s specific needs. Course materials are pared down to essential elements, delivered through a range of modalities ranging from instructor-led to self-paced e-learning. Content can be re-purposed and made available through a range of media, including webinars, group supervisions and bite-sized downloads of videos and audio.

Train The Trainer (TTT): Transfer of content expertise and training of how to deliver our materials. Our trainers are experts at being able to hold the learner’s attention, apply the learning, provide real-time feedback in a way that makes the learner feel safe.

What We Do

ROI tracking: Early design of criteria to measure the effectiveness of training is built into program management plan to ensure benefits are tracked, reported and the training can be adjusted as necessary.

Real-time Instructor feedback: Instructors are evaluated on each day that they provide training. Content, delivery methods are tweaked real-time rather than after a course is completed.

Metrics designed in LMS: We design questions to assess how the learning is being applied and to what effect. Analysis of these results determine whether further training is needed and also feeds into the design phase for the next round.
